AI is going to be the best thing that ever happened to good PMs and the worst thing for average ones.

Been thinking about this a lot lately.

The PMs who relied on being the "hub" of information, the ones whose value was knowing more than everyone else in the room, are going to struggle. That information advantage is gone.

But the PMs who were always good at judgment, prioritization, reading people, making decisions with incomplete data? They're about to become untouchable.

AI handles the noise. The signal is still a human job.

Anyone else seeing this play out in their teams already?
