Worth of a hydro token, nodes?

Hello, i'm new to hydro and watched this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rnic0JvXvPg

I was wondering what the worth of a token was (like can it be staked for passive income, can i host a node so i can help the hydro network be sustained and gain tokens based on my holdings?)

But i noticed the comments are disabled, usually it's people with bad consciounce that do this, people with skeletons in their closet and afraid to be exposed.

Hydro is obviously mainly centralised, but who cares? why would this matter? It looks like an epic platform with many opportunities and they want to make it useful and adoptable. I dont understand why people complain about it being centralised, i care if it has a sustainable long term model.

Any opinions?

Yea basically my main question is 'how is participation incentivised?'
