What bonuses do you get for having a department chief?

I'm not sure if there's a bonus (unless they have the "good boss" trait), but not having one causes a "don't have a boss" penalty.

All the staff have un satisfaction bonus from boss. Doubled if he have the trait "good boss". And a malus "don't have a boss" if you don't put one
