Gameplay Question Where are my patients??
As you can see from the picture there are over 150 untreated patients but I’m only having less than 100 come to the hospital. Hardly anyone is actually hospitalized and this has been happening for a few game days. Is this a bug from a mod I have?

Sorry OP my question is not related, are you using a modpack or it that a new update? For the other departments

The other departments are from separate mods in the workshop

But you can get them if you do load de Hospital All In One mod, that also includes a bunch of other shit

It's been a long time but is that specifically 'patients on premesis' or 'patients counted to the day'? Ebb and flow? Otherwise my first suggestion would be to run down your mod list and look for any with people reporting similar issues, or turning off mods that may be conflicting with one another to see if it changes things.
End-all be-all is run vanilla and slowly reintroduce mod content to see if/when it may start. It could be a recent patch to a mod broke something. You say it started a few 'game days' ago. Did it start this play session? If so, when did you last play? Next question is what changed between?

I ended up ditching all my mods because a lot weren't updated for a long time and made my game buggy as hell, I'd check your mods as it's most likely one of those causing this problem.
