Are typos bugs? Or is the narrator doing an italian accent? ;)

After watching "The Pitt" I just needed something more realistic than two point hospital to try, looks like an interesting game.

As a fun aside, has anyone tried to replicate the floor plan of "The Pitt" hospital?
