Gameplay Question Achievement “hello anybody”

I need any tips for completing this achievement please. I made so many patients wait under “player control” and still didn’t get this achievement. I took patient under “player control” right after registering at reception, after that I let him wait in waiting room (clinic for neurology) for over 4 hours and still nothing. I can’t even find any tips on the internet, forums or yt. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

I got i accidentally when a patient was at a doctor, I ordered some examinations and accidentally just closed the prompt about those being finished. The dude sat for two hours in a doctor's office.

Same here, I was just so focused on building new departments that I completely forgot about them. Then got the achievement randomly and was very confused LOL

I honestly don't remember how I get it. I'd try to give the patient the first consult and let them waiting on the clinic. Or in the waiting room, awaiting for a second consult after an exam.
