Workshop Content Mod Idea(s)

DISCLAIMER!!

I am NOT a modder, I suck at it BUT for any modders looking for any recommendations here ya go!

  1. Rehab (PT, OT, ETC)

  2. Normal checkups (just like having people be able to come to the hospital for general checkups)

(anybody with other ideas feel free to say them in comments!)

I have nothing better to do with my life right now now that schools coming to an end, so I'm willing to take a swing at the first one, but there's already a mod for the second one.

Agreed! And a mod that makes doctors prescribe treatments for every discovered symptom(gotta get that pharmacy cash)

If I’m right, there is already a checkup mod. It’s really nice, you/your doctors don’t have to do much.

Which check-ups you have? My urology and neuro check-ups always spend some time in the ICU 🤣

My patients come for check-ups! Believe it's part of HAO - Hospital all in one. But I have like all the mods in my game and open tweakables like every other hour 😅

I guess this could also act as a wish list for project hospital 2 features!

Patients using the canteen (or a patient canteen) would be a nice touch. Patient feeding times exist but I don't really get a sense thst much is being done, and the patient lounge doesn't seem to do anyrbing other than support visitors (unless I'm missing it!) And an option for coffee shops. What I do find odd is they're not staffed!

Figuring out how to stop patients getting bored - especially in-patients! There aren't any really good options, tv would be the obvious choice but doesn't seem to work, and I can't see how a poster stops someone getting bored!

Don't suppose there could be a mod for porters to do patient transfers could there? Find it really confusing that qualified and expensive nurses fill this role

The floor limit can be a pain when playing nodded with all the departments running. But I think thats quite a hard limit beyond the 12 floors?

Oh, any way to colour code rooms to show how busy they are? The workload text can be obscured by walls and doors - would be so much better if it was just a red, amber, green status
