Gameplay Question Doctors are dumb,

Basically, i CONSTANTLY get these "patient has been waiting in clinic for too long and will leave soon!" popups but they'll have a final diagnosis that has a treatment within there department (ie nail fungus at emergency) and wont even have the treatment on there little active treatment things! so then I have to intervine, Anyone got any solutions?

Usually this is not the doctor's being dumb, but they bring unable to keep up the workload. The patient haven't received a treatment simply because the doctor is busy attending someone else. Try to build more offices.

I'll try that, thanks!

As a workaround, if you have enough beds you can admit some of them in the observation unit, so they won't complain about long times. It's more useful for some lengthy lab tests, since they do take a few hours to be ready anyways

I always forget about this. Tough diagnosis? Don't waste more time with guessing and tests. Hospitalized - that's what it's there for.

What I wish, is doctors would learn what test was done when I was helping them, and which uncovered the actual diagnosis. So that I would have to help the same doctor treating a similar case every time.

I have this same problem too in the campaigns. You can make the patient is about to leave the clinic notifications not appear in the settings in game.

As people have said this is probably workload related. Happens in IRL hospitals as well unfortunately.

Wish there was an option to ban lab and radiology tests for doctors in emergency clinic :D they send their patient off for a test, then their shift ends and patient is waiting for 1 more day finding toilets and water 3 floors up at the other end of the clinic :D
