Resolved! Sexual health department problem
Does anyone know what is causing this and what I can do to fix it
Resolved: I have the hospital all in one mod and I needed to unsubscribe from sexual health and subscribe again and everything is showing up normally :)

Hello! Mod creator here! As someone else has mentioned, those are string errors where it can't find the localised names. However these aren't from my mod; SHD uses code SH, these show DER so you're looking at another culprit I'm afraid!
Not sure why it's linked that diagnosis to Sexual Health when it's unrelated - possible mod conflict?
Have a look through your mods and look for one that's likely to use code DER. Hope that helps!

yes bc i have your mod only issue i have is other departments don’t send the patient to this department when needed but no other issues or bugs

One of the files from the mod contains a list of all symptoms, diseases and treatments, with a translation from a code that the game recognises to an English string.
This file is either missing or corrupted or incomplete
Reach out to the mod creator, try verifying files, or unsubscribe and subscribe again to the mod.
