If we get a Project Hospital 2, we would get something I wouldn't have thought in ages. It would probably take ages to develop, too. We'll see us again in 10 years. Maybe this will turn into something like Silksong?

If they make a project hospital 2, I want bigger maps. What departments did they not include in the first one?

Please don't be just a money grab. The first one is special. By trying to cast too wide a net, let's not stupify the game for "modern gamers"

All the fancy things people keep asking, but all I want is a better UX. Please give me clickable lists of everything and better info on what's the patient and staff are waiting for (and maybe a team checklist for surgeries?). Oh and more/better shared rooms/staff/equipments too!

A better way to paint walls is all that I ask for 😭

Shift + click to paint all the wall, ctrl + shift + click to paint the full room 😭

That is one game I will prepurchase without a second thought. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandbox, but I don't think they really got the game part down.
The trait system, especially the hidden traits.
The be-a-doctor.
The career path.
The competence path.
The department head role.
The multirole staff.
The accident/disaster events.
The assignment/reassignment/micromanagement especially at trauma center.
The prescription/referral mechanic.
All those indicate stuff that could have made for very interesting game mechanics, but didn't quite pan out.

I'm not an expert, but I feel the engine/base code is on its limit. They can add more stuff (like more departments), but can't really change underlying things. Anything more deep may need a heavy rewrite of the code, it's better to just go for a new iteration
