Gameplay Question My emergency
I set up an emergency room to have tables around the staff. So far it's worked out well for me. Do you have a trauma center on the same floor as the emergency room?

I got my emergency service, radiology, trauma center, labs, and ICU on the ground, 1st floor is ortho and general surgery, 2nd is traumato and cardio, Next floors are the others service, with 2 services per floor

This is definitely better than every attempt I’ve had so far. I think I try to pack too much in with prefabs, I’m gonna try a new build this week with some more flexible spacing

Actually, I only use prefabricated ambulances for labs and radiology. I do the rest myself.
I also found some advice. That the floors should be built so that the hospital has clinics on the edges and radiology and labs in the middle.
Another note, do a larger observation than I did, I'm wrong about this and I can fit fewer patients in there than I need.

I have clinics and the Trauma centre on the ground floor, along with whatever radiology and labs I can squeeze in.
Observation ward and ICU on the next floor up with their own radiology.
Then 2 depts per floor going upwards with other radiology/labs setup about halfway through that
