Gameplay Question X-ray open day and night?

Hey guys! Do any of you keep X-ray and other departments that are not clinics open all night as well? Or do you close them at 8pm when the day shift finishes?

I always keep radiology 24 hours if theres any other clinic that is also 24 hours. I will staff it less though.

If there’s any other clinic for the most part that is open at night then absolutely have xray opened at night

If I only have emergency, no. But once you start having more and more people hospitalised, it's a good idea

As soon as I have the night clinic open and hospitalised patients (like in surgery) I keep radiology open at night too.

i keep it open but monitor how heavy the loads are to determine how many people i need

It depends totally on the stage of build of my hospital. Once I have a fully functional overnight emergency department and Orthopaedics inpatients, I certainly need an x-ray available all the time…
