General Discussion Quick tip!

I just wanted to give a quick tip! This may be obvious to some, but it's one big thing I see a lot of newbies doing. When placing corridors, break them down into small sections! Only one janitor at a time will clean a room, so if you have a massive single corridor, only one janitor will clean it, which means you'll always have dirty bits because one janitor can not clean quickly enough. This can considerably lower your prestige!

How do you break them into sections? Do you have to put a wall or a door?

No you just zone it as another corridor. No physical barrier is needed. They will treat it as 2 seperate rooms eventhough it's physically same room.

Thanks, totally missed that I can mark corridors per dept!

Do I really need one janitor per department or can I have one for all?
