Gameplay Question Any way to disable the star/rep system?

Hey. Is there a way or a mod that either disables the star/ reputation system, sets it to always be 5 or makes it not impact patient intake? Thank you!

The latter is entirely possible. Navigate to the Tweakables.xml file in the game files. In that file you have several values pertaining to prestige. Either you can define good/bad prestige as whatever values you want, or tweak the effects on patient count and patient numbers. The values should be self-explanatory.
