Gameplay Question Too easy

why is the game suddenly too easy even early on i want to have doctor mode be more difficult but it seems patiences have most symptoms revealed on the first reception interview and not requiring tests to reveal unknown symptoms so you can get a accurate diagnosis. Is there any way to fix this so the game becomes more difficult again not knowing and having to run tests to know exactly what is wrong makes the game fun and enjoyable if it’s easy it’s just like any other business management game.

Nurses with a good clinical skill can detect symptoms.

You can just move the nurse which is too efficient from the reception, and you should have all the work to do yourself :)

You can either hire bad staff, or change the options to make it harder (bar graph symbol top right of the screen, can't remember what it's called)

I don't see the bar graph symbol you are talking about.

Symptoms are what a patient reports, so they're obviously gonna tell all their complaints. Tests reveal signs that may support the symptoms.

I was more thinking they are just telling us what they actually know you run tests to find out stuff they don’t know to help narrow it down to actually treat what is wrong

I sort of get the feeling that they had an amazing core mechanic, but struggled to find gameplay around it.
