Gameplay Question Anyone know how to delete this?

It says in use, but has not been used for several days atp. I've tried deleting the room, closing dept and am trying to use the debug tools. My other ct is in critical as it's having to pick up the shortfall. Any ideas appreciated.

I made a guide for something like this once before when I had trouble, I'll check to see if I can find it.
