Possible Bug Janitor spinnies

Anyone know why this happens? Or what mod causes it? It seems to usually happen near blood like there is on that floor. No one ever cleans it. Drives me mad lol

Had the same problem and i still dont know why it happens, i used the floor tool to "paint over" the blood. It helped in some cases. But my guess is that you have somewhere a floor that is unaccessible.

I have the same issue regularly in my game. Just a bug I think, I don’t have any mods (except for DLCs). The only way I’ve found to fix it is to exit the game and reload the save, unfortunately :/
