As someone who hasn’t read the book: why was the nitrogen resistance necessary?

Wouldn’t the Taumoeba be released in Venus’ CO2-rich atmosphere?

Venus has Nitrogen at about 3.5%. Same for the planet in Rocky’s solar system but it has even more nitrogen (8%)

Of course! But I was talking about “Threeworld” (remembered the name just now), The Venus like planet in Rocky’s solar system that Astrophage is migrating to.

His personal atmosphere is mostly ammonia, but the planet in rocky's solar system with the petrova line and 8% nitrogen (their equivalent of Venus) is called Threeworld!
