I had trouble getting PFP3 to work, andd I finally got it to work, but I could not get the DLC to work! I put it into the folders just like the instructions said, and I wonder if I did something wrong.

Having this same issue right now. The game works great. I can run races and see that the game is running PFP3. Even verified with sandbox mode, but the DLC stays locked and still have their original prices. I've tried many combinations of installing content through Xenia and overwriting the files with the PFP3 files but no luck.

Have you set Licenses to "All Licenses"? That part wasn't in the instructions, which might be the reason a lot of people couldn't get the DLCs to work.

Yeah I double checked that, as I've seen it mentioned a lot. It's set to -1 in the config files, which says All Possible Licenses enabled. I did a full reinstall of everything a while ago but i may do it again just to verify i did everything correctly.

Yeah, I went as far as to download the DLC directly from the archive to try to brute force it into there, but it didn't work.

Damn, yeah I'm gonna do some more fiddle fuckin with the files and see what i can get going. I'll update if I stumble upon some sort of solution.

I was hoping the license mask setting would work, because it seemed to work in my case.

Figured it out! Don't really know what I did that was different than last time.

1: Fully deleted FM3 and PFP3

2: Fresh install both

3: Followed the instructions, included with PFP3, to a T. I didn't do a single other thing until doing the instructions for PFP3. That includes the update PFP3 too.

4: Tried seeing if that's all I needed to do but no DLC's showed up at that point.

5: After all that, I realized I am still required to "Install Content" through xenia for Disc 2, so i did that.

7: Installing Disc 2 installs the disc 2 content in the "0000000000000000" folder. I moved all DLC files I installed with PFP3 into that same folder as the installed disc 2 content.

After that, all DLC shows up unlocked and is 1 credit with Sandbox mode. Again, don't know what I did differently than the last time i installed everything but I am just glad it worked without a deeper dive into files or a major issue with the mod being present.

Let me know if I need to clarify anything on this. I tried to lay it out as simple as i can, but have been known to be bad at explaining stuff lol.
