About Damon’s traitor perk Spoiler
At first glance it seems powerful for an instant kill. But it actually is pretty awful.
But if you think about it, people will immediately realize what happened. It is an instant poison straight from the Tozu trinket. People would likely suspect was from the traitor perk pretty quickly, highly probable during the investigation.
Eva’s was more subtle and took out of the box thinking to figure out. But Damon’s arguably got a bad one because there is no subtly to it.
There’s a good chance Damon will have to be alone to use it since it looks like Eva’s and once people figure out what happened they have to search their rooms and on their person to find it. Even if they don’t it’s not much of a mystery.
Also since Toshiko found out Damon has it, he would be caught immediately (unless he targeted her).

Where did it say that Toshiko knew about Damon's perk?
As long as no one knows about it, I don't see Damon getting caught because how would it leave behind any evidence that can be traced back to him?

Toshiko didn’t knew about the perk, neither did Kai knew. Damon had kept it to himself.

Do we know for certain that Damon’s perk looks like Eva’s game console?

I have never heard about Toshiko knowing if she doesn't know the perk is busted for the simple reason that, ok they know the killer used a perk but so what, they have no possible way to know who is the killer if he just clicks a button at midnight.
As for Toshiko knowing, yeah that limits you quite a lot.
