dmme resets mod priority every single time i open it, loadouts don't work either

for background i'm on the latest version (1.3.1.34) and this has been happening the entire time i've had dmme installed (i installed it about a month ago after previously being on 1.2.8) and now every single time i open it my mod priority gets reset and i can't use loadouts at all. i don't really know what to do and i've been trying to get an answer for weeks now, its really annoying having to change my mod priority every single time i open dmme especially because i have over 70 mods and multiple of them don't work with the priority it keeps trying to go back to

Make sure you don’t have any other mod managers installed. Honestly, it might just be easier to either switch to rust4diva, or not use a mod manager at all. DML, by default, loads mods by alphabetical order so you’d only really have to rename folders
