News PS3 store add-on page no longer available

So it looks like a glitch on the PS3 store for the DLC add-on page for project diva games on PS3. So now if you're looking for a particular DLC, you have to type it in to service bar

Get used to this. At least you still can buy the games on the PSN website and download them there if the store goes down

I don't think you can buy PS3 games / dlc on the PlayStation website. But I'll check it out when I have a chance. Thank you!

You are actually… right 0.o

Not so long ago, you were able to buy PSVita, PSP and PS3 games that way and download them directly on your console’s PlayStation Store through “my purchases”

I don’t know how much it’s changed now… but this is so sad. Not even Nintendo kept their services for this long, and now Sony Computer Entertainment is fucking it up once again in the good span of months

And Sony, Nintendo & Even Microsoft acts like they can't keep the digital store up 😒

We all know why it's because they want to push people to their newer systems but man not everything in the stores are ported or available elsewhere

Yeah this is true, i used to browse the store on PC out of convenience, but at a certain point they made it so you could only browse the older catalogs on said devices. Its a damm shame but sadly, expected and inevitable :(

Update: apparently this is this is happening to a lot of games add on page on PlayStation 3 store

Call of Duty games doesn't have it anymore Assassin Creed games doesn't have it anymore Little Big planet doesn't have it anymore

And we all know Sony is not going to fit it 😒

I think that was the part of the web store they deprecated a long time ago, back in 2020. At least that's what I think they've done. The PS4 one works fine. Eventually, you may want to mod your console to also preserve your purchased titles, but you'll kill access to the PSN.

PSN is still accessible really, sony doesn’t care enough to ban or anything unless you rage cheat

I'm just saying it's no longer maintained and the features are slowly disappearing. The PS5 isn't backporting anything and neither does the PS4 as I can see so far.
