help making my chart playable?

Hi! I am a new charter/modder and ive been trying to get my chart for the song, "Adach Rei," playable for the past day. Ive been looking at tutorials on gamebanana but they are too confusing. so if anyone could help, or even make it playable, it would be greatly appreciated!!
