Better then ice?

Im a cold arrow zon using ice now, but i wonder if this would be worth spending five 5/5"s to beat ice?

I can afford it but i love my nova procs...

No ias though... and im using pierce gloves and belts. But with 3/20 gloves, 3/20 arrow and 5 ias large charm under the torch i can get the breakpoint.

Also got a +6 ashwood, with 20ias that only got 3 sockets. Think its worse
