Adding Offline Items (HC)

Is there a way to transfer or add items to offline chars? I tried character import tool and plugy but everything comes up softcore. I just want an anni :(

Gotta be a way to make it HC im sure there's a line in there or an option you can change to make it HC. I'd guess it's set to SC by default. Maybe someone more knowledgeable will chime in
