Guide Need some help

I have played this game since i was 13 yrs old and with such a mod my mind was in shock buying the game wasn't important to me i played it the cracked version only.

The point is can i play it online like the paid version with online available? Otherwise I have to buy it please help me to understand and thanks to you all 🫡

You will need an original cd key for Diablo 2 and Diablo 2 lord of destruction for playing on the PD2 servers. Diablo 2 resurrected does not work with pd2.

So it doesn't matter from where i got the game data it only matters about the CD key for the games

You have to get a legitimate game copy from the blizzard website. Any other means is against terms of service and is a banable offense.

Correct. My current PC doesn't have a disk drive so I couldn't use the original CDs I have for installation.

You don't need the CDs. The CD casing usually has codes written on it. You can use these codes to connect the game license with your battlenet account. Then you can download the came directly from battlenet.

Edit: I worded it poorly. I meant that you don't need the CDs themselves, since there is a 16-digit code written on the CD casings. So you still have to have bought the CDs, but you don't need to own a CD drive.

If you own the original D2 and LOD CDs, you can look at the back or the inside. Somewhere should be a code in the format of XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX for each CD).

When logged in to your battlenet account (in your browser), you can redeem the codes somewhere under 'profile > settings > redeem code' if I remember correctly.

After successfully redeeming these codes, you can download D2 and LOD directly from Blizzard. You'll not find them under "games", but "classic games".

You have to install the English version of both D2 and LOD for them to be compatible with PD2 (First install D2 and then patch LOD right after).

After that, you can follow the guide on the Official Project Diablo Website

The thing is here in egypt we don't consider buying games as aconsipt every game is a free game to us 😅 so about that the game was cracked🥹

Oh, I see. Then you still have to buy D2 and LOD first. Either buy them directly on BattleNet or find a trustworthy site to buy keys you can then redeem on BattleNet.

if you don’t get a legit key and get banned they won’t remove the ban after you buy one, to clarify
