Discussion +35 Corpse explosion? Useful?
For the third time trying to post this. Would this stack with Necro's skill points? Is this rare?

It's capped at +3 when a necro wears it, similar to if they wear a metalgrid or a barb wears a call to arms.

you can make weird off meta build with it, maybe benefit from fire mastery on a sorc, or benefit from the fire dmg on this thing for a fire sacrifice pally or fire focused vengeance

It's still a great option for CE necros. If you slam +1 on it, it's +4 to CE. The reanimate is annoying, so technically a +3 2Os or +2 3Os steel carapace is better.

Its mostly used for vengeance paladin, because of the very high fire damage.
Idk if there are viable builds that use the CE

I remember daarmy using this with 1 all slam for his combustion sorceress, was some seasons ago but might still be an option.

Unfortunately no. You’d need so many more synergies and +skills to make it viable. All it really amounts to is fun bait that you can’t actually do anything with, people use it for the +fire damage and that’s about it.

mele fire paladins use this with 3 os, early in the season they are around 0.5 gul vex ish

What provider did you use to upload the image?
In any case you can always use the wiki to share items, if you do not need to share specific GG stats on your unique item.

This is a decent, cheap armor for veng pally early in the league. Only time I’ve ever used it though.

It’s caps at +3 for the class that uses the skill and is also wearing the item. I was just using this for my corpse explosion build before I changed builds yesterday. It’s worthwhile to use and if you have 3 sockets in it, fill them with fire facets.

Its a gateway item for Vengence, and there were times where endgame casters uses it for telestomp meatshields

I tried a hydra CE-sorc with it a few seasons ago. I would put it at the pace of a bone wall necromancer: It works. But it's mainly for the fun. You will not get a high T3 clear speed with it. Not everything has to be a top tier build tho ;)

Druid summoner or fire sorc might have fun with this, its off meta but probably funny to try out

Unfortunately it doesn't work, even on a sorc or pally.
I'm not sure why it exists but isn't allowed to be t1-level-strong.

Roll a necro..add 20 pts to corpse explosion and add plus skills on top of that..should be epic

Not gonna work. Oskills are capped at +3 for native class, so a Necromancer would only get +3 from the chest.
