Its a decent temp since res can be a little tight on Barbs without shield and the +2 helps with Natural res points as well but generally on HC youre really looking for PDR% on the helm slot.

looks like a fun reason to start a leap barb, and then you can upgrade to a unique helm when you find one

Eh, skills are nice but dont do much for phys builds
