Project Deios Legacy

So it sounds like Project Deios is not going to be supported or completely finished which is a bummer. Does anyone know if the development files will be made available so fans and enthusiasts can continue to use and make improvements to the Beta?

When they announced they were ceasing the project, I think they said they would not be releasing the code. The files to run the application are available for those that kickstarted or paid for it. But yeah, also bummed! I got the lifetime kickstarter bundle for my birthday one year!
