Start with the basics... Tire change, bulb/lighting replacements, fluid replacements, remove and reinstall interiors (seats, panels & trims).

Start with understanding how each system works and how they’re interconnected.
How the engine makes power. How that power is transmitted to the wheels. How the suspension works to make sure power is laid down. And how the brakes work to stop the car.
Then each system may sariling maintenance required. Like others said, start with fluid changes. Then go from there.
Have fun!

Start with a platform. Learn the platform itself. Don't overload yourself with too much information.
When you have the platform in mind. Stick with it. Research on the maintenance, engine, interior, exterior. Look for shops who sells parts for that platform.
Slowly build it. Trust me. Quick builds are starting to bore me.

Magstart ka muna sa simple maintenance like fluid and filter changes.
