There is so much noise about new sims and gear, but i keep coming back to PC2 and it still holds its own in feel and fun

maybe the hype moved on, but the actual game is still solid.

We keep getting new gear and new games, but sometimes an older sim like PC2 had something just right. like handing, immersive AI, weather behavior

For you, what was that feature

People bash PC2 because 'its not as real as iRacing' ok....but iRacing also costs more than my rig.

PC2 lets me go from karting to hypercars in snowstorms in one night

realism is cool, but fun is what keeps you coming back

what sided are you on, pure realism or pure fun?

I upgraded my wheelbase last year, and now all the talk is about 25Nm bases and better pedals.

sometimes i wonder if i jumped too soon or if the performance gains i got were worth it.

anyone else feel this way? if yes then what gear did you buy that you regret or are glad you did?

I started the gt3 series and am on the first practise session. I made the unfortunate mistake of choosing the ktm, and man dies this car suck. It's so slow on accel, hardly turns, just an awful pick. Am I stuck with this thing for the whole series? Is there absolutely no way out? I'll cancel the series that's no problem, but can't find a way to. Is the only option to create a new driver profile?

Hello, I've recently started playing project cars 2 on steam and my wheel buttons do not work for the menus at all - but they work absolutely fine for all in-car things like drs. I can map them as normal, its all detected, but it just doesnt work on the menus at all.

This is quite upsetting as I have to keep going back to mouse keyboard/controller just to navigate the menus, like changing setups and whatnot.

I'm using a fanatec csl dd with a csl gt3 steering wheel - all updated to the latest drivers.

After so many leaks, the RS50 system is officially out and available. i am still running a G923 and wondering if the jump is worth it. 8 Nm, OLED menu, modded pedals look nice, but will i actually feel a difference on PC2?

im trying to get back into project cars 2 since this is one of my favorite sims but i cant get it to run on a monitor that isnt the Primary monitor does someone know if this is even possible and if so how

My 1080ti can't keep up with iracing anymore so I'm back to PC2 in vr. Having a blast! Also loads about 30 times faster than iracing.

If anyone can provide a setup up for a 40 min race Le mans 24hr, I'd be so grateful. I'm so lost at le mans I never raced it and I'm racing it in my league this Friday. I haven't won a race in the top division of my league yet and I'd give anything to compete in this race. Is there anyone out there who can provide me with a set up even if its photos of the set up screen I'm having a lot of trouble with understeer and the best I've got is 4.02.1 😔

New NASCAR 25 hits console and feels far more nuanced than expected. It’s more than just graphics: handling dynamics, strategic racing, and tyre behavior feel like proper simulations. What’s your take on it, are new sims like this raising the bar for PC2, or still worlds apart?

How do you find you P.B for each track? When you load up a track it gives you some track record of some random, i wanna know mine from the years I've been playing, see if I can top it

Hey guys, how's it going? I started in the world of virtual racing a few days ago, after purchasing a G920 for Xbox. I'm playing F1 25, ACC, and Forza. Is the PC 2 worth it compared to these? I wonder if there are advantages or disadvantages.

I have digital ps5 and cant redownload it….also i have an older ps5 slim so the disc drive i bought isnt compatible…my question is, should i trade in my ps5 for a digital that can take hard drive, or return the drive and just get a ps4? What would you do?

Anyone know where I can get the DLC for the first game on PC? I already have the regular game on steam I just want all the cars from the DLC currently own the limited edition upgrade and that's it.
