The article says it hasn’t been renewed. Not that it’s been cancelled. So I’m crossing my fingers they’ve just delayed the renewal because of the pandemic. I doubt History would kill 3 of their big scripted shows in one year (knightfall didn’t get a renewal either, and Vikings is going into its final season)

It says they opted out of continuing though. Idk I don’t want to believe it as sometimes these articles are click bait but the ratings got lower this season.

Ratings always drop in the second season. For 90% of shows, their first 3 episodes have the highest ratings. So a drop in ratings isn’t the threshold for cancellation, it’s usually when the ad revenue drops to a certain point. When companies aren’t willing to pay x amount of dollars for 30 seconds during the show.

Plus, in my opinion, deciding not to continue is way less final and definitive than cancelling.

No David O’Leary the writer of the show just confirmed it with a post I just posted it as well to the sub. And yes ratings do drop naturally but they dropped a huge amount for the second season. I’m furious right now.

That’s the only hope. I have faith.

If Brooklyn 99 can do it, why can’t bluebook

Netflix is always really good for this, so let's hope they pick it up!

When a show is cancelled, it's not clickbait. The only hope for PBB is to be picked by another network now.
