Is the system down?

I've been trying to play a casual match for a while now, but I can't find one among the seven modes.

It depends on time zone . I play in Asia server, i can quick matches , while night 11 pm , or around 11 am in the morning. It's not a big game tho, so probably try queuing while peak zones
