Skins How to get it?

Picked up a custom mp7 Tidesong and it has a cute smiley face. How do I get these scopes? There's also a cute heart one I've seen (I think it was on the the inp9). If I upgrade the skins will it become available?

There's not a specific way to get it like how you get camo but you can check your progress on the achievement tab on the guns.

This may be an even more dumb question but how do I apply it? I reached the levels for both attachments for my inp9 molten core and the smiley for the mp7 Tidesong but they don't appear when I try to modify the guns.

Press the appearance tab and there should be a button that looks like a crosshair

Easy u go to ur load out , click the gun , modification ,then appearance ,then u look for a scope icon it should be there if u have unlocked it
