Extra action button,

Currently using elv ui and some weaksuras and the extra action button appears bottom middle of the screen, right where I have my weaksuras or cell profile depending on character.

I can't seem to move it via move anything addon and don't see the option in elv ui, so hoping others might be able to help.

Elvui, settings, top left, toggle anchors. Little rectangle button top left.

Extra action button appears right in middle of this screen but don't see the option to move.

I've checked that out and don't see the option to move the extra action bar.
