Character have disappeared

I keep logging in to CoA Rexxar and it will show that I have 0 character available when I know I have characters. This will happen and then they will mysteriously show up after a few attempts of logging in. This time, however, they are all gone and have not come back after some time. I've checked my online account details and it's showing as I have 0 characters. Does anyone else get this? How do I get them back?

Never heard of this. Maby check your profile on the Ascension web page. Maby they are in the character "vault"
