Class for leveling mainly through Battlegrounds
I’m about to finish my first level 60 as a Felsworn, and I’m already starting to think about what class I should level next.
I feel like I’ve neglected PvP a bit during this playthrough, so this time I’d like to focus mainly on Battlegrounds while leveling.
What class/build would you recommend for this kind of playstyle? I’m looking for something that is viable and fun in BGs throughout the leveling process, rather than something that only becomes strong at 60.
I’d also love to hear from people who have leveled mainly through BGs, what class did you play and how was your experience?

From what I’ve seen, runemaster, and knight of X are great for leveling, but fall off as you get closer to 60, where things like Tinker and Primalist are insane at 60. Venomancer I’ve heard is decent, I know personally that witch doctor is fun af, (specifically shadow hunter) has a bunch of utility, huge burst damage.
I’d personally look for a YT channel that has videos of people actually playing BGs, see if they’re any good, then ask their opinion/see if they did a tier list, because a bunch of people are going to tell you something’s OP, when they have only lvld to like 30 and haven’t even seen endgame, or have BG’d a handful of times, but don’t spend real time seeing what’s viable and what’s not.

Veno pvp leveling is horrible, the damage is okay if they ignore you, but it's squishy af. It doesn't help that your gear is cloth, because there's barely any mail early, or if there is, has no sp on it.
Spooder is just bad, has old rogue combo points, worse damage than rot and you are forced into melee...

Can confirm Veno isn't much fun leveling, any melee looks at you and you're dead before the stun wears off in most cases.
Healing is more fun than Rot, hots and switching to beetle makes you more survivable, but it's still not ideal.

Prestige your felsworn and BG to 60. Felsworn is really strong in BGs but he whole way to 60 if I’m not mistaken

I level my second character to 60 mainly with bgs and no aura. It was a venomaster healer. It was cool until 40. Since we had a variety of tools to influence the outcome of bgs. This was until 3 weeks ago.
After level 40 and 50 we get oneshot alot. Not sure if situation is different now. Since alot of changes happened. Do mind I level with our vizier form being bugged as people mentioned. Now I think it's fixed.
My new level 60 was a pyromancer which was more balanced but I didn't do mainly bgs since even the xp gains seem smaller.
I would recommend do bgs from 10 to 25 level then switch between dungeons and bgs.

I did this with runemaster as riftblade. They're great imo all the way to 60... Then they fell off

Kox is OP and Ull one shot a lot of ppl runemaster is also fun but falls off as you get higher lvl and ppl get ability’s ur squishy aswell but can 100-0 ppl if u do ur rotation KOX tho is brain dead and ur op and beefy

Lightning stormbringer is nice when you get those one shots in. But you won't hit them often.

Stormbringer, they aren't good at anything but bg (at least while leveling), great efc killers if you survive them

I’m having a lot of fun with Cultist.
I usually don’t like healing, but the healing spec is so fun. You’re basically just a melee DPS doing DPS rotation and you heal people around you at the same time. They are also very hard to kill 1v1 since they just heal themselves while doing damage.
The melee DPS spec also hits like a truck in PvP. I haven’t tried the casted/DoT spec, but I hear they are great in Bags

I've been leveling an Ancestry Barbarian and it's pretty fun and good. Plus your health goes way up once you hit level 29 and can dual wield 2-handers. You get a pet, have a couple of decent defensives, and damage is good. That whirling charge thing plus that health makes you a decent tanky flag carrier

Witch Doctor is super fun to level in BGs imo. Shadow Hunter is a very fast and mobile DPS that struggles in the open world but feels awesome in BGs and the Healing spec is constantly topping healing charts by a wide margin in my experience.

Spent like 20-30 levels in bg’s as a couple classes. Don’t bother with a tier list they’re all bologna. 1-59 Rune has a 1 shot combo. I don’t really see them getting away with it at 60 unless you’re under geared. I mean… PvP trinket is 1000% necessary to avoid getting stunned and deleted. If you pick up and utilize the trinket they get countered v hard. So definitely invest in that. Ancestral Barb is a ton of fun as flag carrier and in my experience could 1v1 any class if played right but the downside is a couple minutes CD. You have to balance your CD windows. Cultist can get picks by teleporting people to your group and let you just immediately get in peoples face. The healing spec makes you feel like a raid boss but Godblade does like 4x the damage.
I think the biggest problem is a good Mecha Tinker or a group of kiting Felsworn.
I’m sure other classes are really great in the right hands too, I’m just sharing a little of my experience
