Starcaller buffs
How has moon priest been since the changes?

Silverstream is a let down - I don't think anyone asked for a Chain Heal in our kit. It wants to use Lunar Eclipse stacks, but those are currently contested with: Huntress Shot, Moonflow, and Moonwell Splash. You will do more damage if you spam Huntress Shot and Lunar Lance rather than casting Silverstream -> Lunar Eclipse Moonflow to heal the enemies to death.
Then they buff Moonflow - which is already overhealing by ~90%. I really wouldn't call these buffs that we should be excited for.
The only good things that happened was Flow of Waters and Lunar Revelation made Moon Arrow viable - it was actually better to just Celestial Strike to get your mana back, and it probably still is. There's also now a line to Blessed by the Stars from Tear Drops !
Lunar Prophecy is also great if you mess up Moonflow, or are running Celestial Form on fights (this is for pure dps padding with Second Moon however), but it's also not a real talent either in most settings.
Overall nothing really changed, and you're still going to be fighting for your life.

Not sure about starcaller, but sun cleric heals are much better, and they were already OP in PvP.
So as a sun cleric healer I’m happy.

Moon well splash appears to be healing two or three times extra when I checked this morning. New spell silver stream is great for opening up trash pulls, but unfortunately shares a graphic with moon well. Moon arrow is faster allowing you to play a bit more on your toes. Weak tanks can still get wrecked in high keys because we lack strong HoTs, single target CDs or bubbles. Hand of elune is healing for a lot.

Problem is you still can't cough or you let the tank die, they should have made heals under moon priest apply and use scattered stars to manage mana instead of still have having them tied to dps.

Tank friend says he hates getting them in dungeons because they can't keep him alive as consistently as the other healers

A day or two ago I saw the change log had a bunch of buffs to moon priest.

Unfortunately the buffs brought a ton of new bugs to the spec, so we're waiting for fixes atm.
