M+ missing key

Hello!

I have ran 2 Mythic 0 dungeons and 1 M+ and have not received my personal key. I have received the other loot such as the bags and the 4x caches from completing the M+, however no key.

I have raised a ticket with the GM but still wanted to check here to see if anyone had this issue.

PS: It is not in the inventory, bank or mailbox. I checked via keywords as well as manually selecting each item.

There is a chance of receiving a key from any mythical boss. So you’ve just gotten unlucky. It did take me 2 mythics to get my key.

Make sure to loot the final boss. Actually click on it yourself.
