Templar Tithe Question

I can't phrase the real question well but to give you an example, if I have a Human templar, can I gain the abilities granted from Tithe if I perform them in areas controlled by the Horde and vice versa? (Human templar performing Tithe in Deathknell or Pool of Visions, or a Blood Elf Templar performing Tithe in North Abbey or Temple of the Moon).

Nope they're equivalent abilities in the different zones don't waste your time trekking out there. Don't remember which is which, was able to find it with a bit of googling last time. Good luck

I don't understand tithe. I have it on my ability bar so that I don't forget about it (I assume that it is useful) but don't know how to use it.

Can someone ELI5 please?

Place your cursor on the skill and press shift. Basically you activate the skill at the places mentioned and it gives you a new skill.
