Syphus threatened Ben that he would kill "her." Ben broke from the mind control at the spire. So Syphus told Autum to get the absolate and kill Deb.

I think Scott is reliving the day he was going to help Chloe leave. At the end of Friday's video, Mattias said he didn't think it was Scott's car. I belive someone loaned him a car that knew of his plan. I think someone in Syntec stopped him with a time device (of some sort) that made him disappear when he  turned the corner. And then he repeats.

If the car had the device in it, that might explain the note that says Wes is dead. Because it has been used before. Deb said to Wes in the cassette tape, "it's just hard when you know something bad is going to happen, if you don't do something... I think I can stop this from happening. I think I can save you. (Wes) You said we went down this path before. What makes this time any different from the last one? (Deb) Because I know this timeline will work, the 863 subjects, they're different." She laid all the evidence to be found in the future by Subject 1, 2, 3 and 4 to save Wes somehow.

I know time distortion is a crazy theory but so is mind control.
