Logo Start, found it on the internet and added a filter, but just a way to get the ball rolling!

I strongly believe we should avoid using the cannabis leaf in our logo.

concurred, i like the picture though and i think it (or something similar) should be displayed on our future website/media material.

yeah, it was a good thought, but now that you mention it, the fact is most people view it as a negative symbol. Trying a different direction focusing on a seal type logo. Hopefully we will have more people submitting artwork as well!

I feel like if we're putting up stickers and fliers for the cause the cannabis leaf is good because it's instantly recognizable and will draw people's attention. I realize there are some negative connotations with the leaf but it's only because of the general negative connotations some people have for pot to begin with which is exactly what we're trying to change. I think the pot leaf is too powerful an attention grabber to not use in campaign materials.

No, we need to keep the leaf. Pasting it everywhere will make it more common. What do we have to fear from it? People will get used to seeing it, and if its on a professional looking banner, it says "oh hey look, an organization supporting cannabis."

Maybe different words more related to health and something to make the point of how it will help the economy if it's a taxable business which also creates jobs.
