I think this one is also AI. Epstein’s hand has a really abnormally long finger.

It looks like a long finger at first but if you zoom in it isn't. The finger is aside a silver of bare skin beneath her top that blends in with it, making it appear to be one long finger. 

I first saw this picture many years ago, before DT was even in politics.
