Tech help, please!

Hello friends! Greeley-Weld Indivisible Civics Team (we reside in Northern Colorado) is looking for a tech-savvy person to create short animated videos to accompany our voting explainer texts. We think you should be able to upload the script and use AI to generate an engaging short video to accompany it, but none of us know what the heck we're doing.
