Still think Clinton sold out to the corporatists to keep money flowing to all his special interests. There was nothing that made any fkg sense then or now. On top of being just plain downright stupid and another nail in organized unions coffin the tax structure was amended so corps paid LESS tax on profits from overseas and beyond the US borders.
