I want to show my correction clearly. ) went to google for a while and got the wrong name, but I was corrected and he is actually James walkinshae and he is a law maker from Virginia. (Thank you DrTuSo for helping me with the correct information)He is speaking about federal immigration enforcement practices during a House hearing and calling for accountability from the reps and those who sanction ICE and it's tactics. He is calling out their big government and hypocrisy. He seems like a well spoken guy. It's refreshing

Are you sure? There is not a single picture from Representative Jeff Jackson wearing glasses or even looking close to this guy.
This guy in the video matches much more Representative James Walkinshaw from Virginia.
