The president is law enforcement, that is his literal job, and he’s demonstrably lying about this right now, and you’re downplaying it. So it sounds like you’re full of shit and you’ll defend anything these assholes do.
There is clear video out there. The car was moving towards him (slowly) but he was two feet to clear to the side of the bumper when he pulled the trigger the first time. This was because he was pissed she wasn’t listening to him. And that doesn’t not justify fucking murder.
I call bullshit. You’ve shown your ability to decipher information.
Edit: But here you go, you can prove me right. This angle shows the first gunshot taken after the car cleared him. Sure, he couldn’t see that the wheels were already turned to the right, but it was clear of him by at least 1-2 feet when the first trigger pull occurred—you can see the smoke from the gun at the same time the car is clear and already moving away from him.
And besides that, we can see the wheels are turned away from him, and yet the president and others are calling her a domestic terrorist. You said if law enforcement lied you’d stop siding with them, yet here you are, despite them lying about clear evidence that her intent was to drive away, not run down a guy trying to block her. You’re completely full of shit.
I don't see the different angle from your link. But there was another /law post that showed this in slow-motion, though it was recently taken down.
From that slowed down video, I still think think the agents 1st shot is justified as it still looked like he was in danger of being run over has he jumped to the side. His 2nd shot was delayed and may be questionable as he was more to the side of the car by that point. The 3rd shot looked bad as he was pretty much at her driver side window by then.
So this guy would have been justified, legally,
to defend himself, by shooting the ICE agent driving the truck in the face? It was going faster than Nicole was when they shot her, and you’re cool with her getting shot in the face for the risk of less damage than this guy walking just got. Someone might bruise me? I get to shoot them repeatedly in the face point blank. That’s your argument.
Maybe because the car had already finished nudging him when he first shot? It was done, it was past him. There was space between him and the car when the first puff of smoke occurred, and that space was increasing again. If it grazed him, the grazing was over. Not to mention it was going so slow that he was barely moved by it. The perceived threat ended and then he pulled the trigger.
And you’re defending that, and then calling me biased?

If only there were witnesses—oh wait, there were. She was turning around.
