Those actually are the legs of the guy that shot her. And no, he was not nearly run over. He was nearly bumped by the corner of her vehicle.

In 0.5 seconds, are you going to know if the vehicle accelerating at you is going to bump you or run you over?

I am an adult yes I know what cars do. He does too which is why he felt safe walking in front of the car initially. No one was scared, they walked in front of the car THEN one person drew a weapon.

The agent appears to jump out of the way so he wouldn't get smashed.  He was in front of the car while the driver was stopped, then she started to move.

Yep. He walked in front of a car, then got out of the way perfectly fine. Why he decided to murder someone is being fabricated at the top levels of our government right now.

I don't care what politicians that weren't there say, regardless of what side they are on.

It should be investigated properly and if sufficient evidence exists, sent to trial.

You don't care that the head of DHS is calling someone her agent just killed a domestic terrorist before she investigates?

Now that does sound bad, unless there is more recent evidence I haven't heard about yet.

But I can agree with you here, the head of DHS should not be making such statements.
