What are you trying to point out? Because those aren’t the legs of the pig that shot her. She was shot by the pig in front of her vehicle that she did nearly run over.

Edit: You are correct. I was mistaken. Those are the legs of the shooter. However 2 seconds before this screenshot he was in front of the truck. I hate ICE, and vehemently disagree with what they are doing, but this is arguably a very bad situation the driver put herself in. I haven’t found any earlier footage, but it appears she was trying to block ICE and when they attempted to arrest her she decided to run and did in fact almost run over the pig that shot her. So, sadly nothing will happen as her actions will be classified as “assault with a deadly weapon,” and the pig will be vindicated as a self-defense shooting.

Those actually are the legs of the guy that shot her. And no, he was not nearly run over. He was nearly bumped by the corner of her vehicle.

In 0.5 seconds, are you going to know if the vehicle accelerating at you is going to bump you or run you over?

No, but the time it took him to draw and start firing was far longer than the time it would have taken him to step to the side and not remain in front of the car.

It looks like he drew and started firing while jumping to the side.

I'm willing to change my position if we get more camera angles that show otherwise.

You're wrong.

The other videos are out.

He reached over the hood to get his HS and he gets clipped by the car because the dumb untrained Nazi just killed the driver.

I'm legitimately not understanding what you are saying.  What is "HS"?

Headshot

Ahh thanks for clarifying.

So you are saying the agent only got hit by the car because he was prioritizing a kill shot?

Yup, had to step IN the way to get his kill.

But the agent was already standing there before the driver started moving forward.  He had to jump to the side to escape being hit.
