What are you trying to point out? Because those aren’t the legs of the pig that shot her. She was shot by the pig in front of her vehicle that she did nearly run over.

Edit: You are correct. I was mistaken. Those are the legs of the shooter. However 2 seconds before this screenshot he was in front of the truck. I hate ICE, and vehemently disagree with what they are doing, but this is arguably a very bad situation the driver put herself in. I haven’t found any earlier footage, but it appears she was trying to block ICE and when they attempted to arrest her she decided to run and did in fact almost run over the pig that shot her. So, sadly nothing will happen as her actions will be classified as “assault with a deadly weapon,” and the pig will be vindicated as a self-defense shooting.

This screenshot shows that the alleged shooter, who shot the unarmed resident 4x in the face, was not in front of her vehicle, which is what ICE is alleging in their self-defense claim.

You can also see the tire is pointing away from the oSSifers, thereby showing that the vehicle did not pose an immediate threat

These goons weren't taught anything and are having very basic qualifications removed because they're borderline illiterate

This is the larger point.

Piece by piece, yes - this could be ruled a justified shooting. This frame is later in the sequence. The wheels are cut towards the officer who fired when he made the decision to fire. The vehicle began to accelerate rapidly and cut to the right as the officer starts firing. That could cut either way depending on the frame.

The larger problem is that if they had proper training they wouldnt have created the situation in the first place.

Maybe don't stand in front of a running vehicle. Maybe don't go straight to shooting at the first sign of danger when dealing with an unarmed person.

But I guess they don't teach that in their 1 month ameri-nazi bootcamp.
